Between tile purchasers and suppliers/manufacturers, Tumra acts as a middleman. The shipping procedure is not something we handle.
Before moving forward with the transaction, the customer and supplier must first establish the method of delivery, price, and other parameters.
Any shipping delays or damage to the items that occur while being transported to the customer are not the responsibility of Tumra. We cannot promise a return after you’ve made the payment. It depends on the policy of the tile producer.
Only if both parties (provider and customer) agree is the cancellation and return of the money feasible. Buyers are required to deliver items in their original condition if they get damaged or faulty goods and the seller agrees to accept returns and provide reimbursement.
