Orders placed by foreign customers are filled by authorised international courier services or by international freight forwarder & port. Additionally, domestic transport service providers fulfil orders for consumers.

The shipping process will not be directly handled by Tumra. To ensure a trouble-free transaction, the buyer and supplier must discuss the shipping method, shipping costs, and other terms.

Between producers and consumers, we operate as a mediator. We link buyers and manufacturers/suppliers of tiles on a worldwide scale.

After the buyer places the order and pays for it, the supplier will produce the requested number of tiles.

Any delivery delays caused by the courier service or postal authorities are not the responsibility of Tumra. If an order is damaged in transit to the customer, Tumra is not liable.
